Account Manager - Recruiting Emphasis

The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting health care professionals with the goal of fulfilling per diem/contract/permanent orders from clients. The Recruiter is required to initiate the planning of activities that result in additional field staff acquired for clients. The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and obtaining new business.

Summary of Qualifications:

  4. A minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting and sales is preferred.

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager has responsibility for all branch office operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: building sales and operating income through market development; maintaining gross profit margins; expense control, client service, and office management including internal staff and field staff, supervision, recruiting, staffing, and quality assurance. Set goals and expectations for office staff. Although many duties may be delegated, the responsibility remains with the Branch Manager.

Summary of Qualifications:

  1. College degree or five years experience in office operations and sales of a staffing service preferred
  2. Two years of supervisory experience
  3. Customer service experience
  4. Computer literacy
  5. Organized work habits
  6. Successful time management practices

Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative support for the recruiting & sales functions. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling; performs duties such as financial reporting, payroll inquiries, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers routine correspondence and is privy to confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external employees, callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. Recommends changes in office practices or procedures where needed.

Summary of Qualifications:

  1. Answer incoming calls.
  2. Order all office supplies and paper products.
  3. Receive all files to be organized and scanned in shared drive.
  4. TSS entries, including: when file is received and when file needs to be updated.
  5. Update all expired license/credentials in both TSS and file/scan.
  6. Pulling of reports for newsletters.
  7. Draft letters/notifications and create forms for supervisors.
  8. Contacting field employees about expiring items.
  9. Create Hire Packets, including: OSHA/HIPAA, Insurance, Job description, Hiring Requirements, application for all field staff.
  10. Primary office contact for file inquires.
  11. Timely processing of all mailings.
  12. Daily processing of incoming office mail.
